As I go about my day to day, I find myself continuously murmuring this simple note in my head, "Interest Everything". To me, it simply means to remain open-minded, dedicate the time, & never stop learning. This is Curbside.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Just flipping through some old memories. Came across this old poster from the Furniture Show at the, now closed, Sicky Nar Nar Art Gallery in Savannah, GA. #TBT
Date of show: Friday May 3, 2013
I have started up another Etsy site selling leftover fabric yardage and other found object projects I have created. Please follow the link to check it out!
Currently working on a cool project using an original Savannah, GA Bus Stop sign cast out of Aluminum. It is for a close buddy from college who will be getting married in October, 2015. Keep an eye out for the finished product on the site!
For this project I was given an old piece of NC barn wood to turn into a shelf for a nautical themed child's room. I tried to only use the wood given to me, which was initially a 12 ft. long piece of Barn pine. The shelf was cut down to a 6 ft. length, allowing the cut-off to act as the wall mount face & the added 45º detail supports. (Follow the gallery images below to see the project start to finish)
If you are in the Brooklyn/Bushwick area May 30-June 1 stop by the Myrtle Light Studios for Bushwick Open Studios!
